We will begin with a few interesting photos and brief explanation of these sent to us from
Joe. He writes:

"I have a workshop in Berea that part of it was built in the 1930's. Today it has 3 additions connected
to the existing building.
I had a picture of the building from a calendar about historical Berea. Oldtimers from the area that
had seen the picture said that they had remembered the man that had owned the building. He was a
large American Indian man that had a service garage. In the picture there were cars that looked like
the 1934 Chevrolet that I purchased in 1994. It was a restoration project that I put in the 3rd part of the
building addition and let it set until I had time to restore it.
The are many nights that I stayed at my shop working late and felt like I was not alone. One particular
night I had dozed off in my office that was in the original building, a cool breeze woke me up and I
had seen a cloudy figure of a large man walking past me. It scared the ___ out of me. Many other
nights after that I had felt uncomfortable, like someone was watching me. Time had passed and I had
started my restoration on the 1934 Chevy. As I was taking the car apart I took digital pictures of the
car that is when I noticed what had looked similar to what had passed me the night I fell asleep. I sold
the car dismantled shortly after I saw the pictures and I have never seen or heard anything since. I
don't know if the spirit came out to fix the old car or if the spirits were in the old car but something
was there and it left with the car."

I took this picture at the site of the train bridge disaster of the 1800s in Ashtabula county. It
hasn't been lightened or resized or anything. It was taken with a digital camera and the sun
wasn't out at the time. Thanks.

Mysterious Sighting

I used to spend summers with my grandparents down in a little town in southern Ohio called
Dillonvale. I grew up hearing the ghost stories from my uncle and never gave them too much
thought. When I was about 18, I used to ride a motorcycle to my cousins house in Adena,
which is about 10 miles from my grandparents, and the only way to get there was a dark hill
with very little light and maybe one or two houses. One night about 11pm I was coming back
from my cousins house and I was approaching the second bend in the road when my headlight
caught something standing on the right hand side of the road, about 25 feet ahead of me
heading down over the hill. It stood roughly 7 ft tall, solid black, and as I approached it, it
turned its head and looked directly in my direction. The thing I most remember about it was the
eyes, they were a deep glowing red. I gunned my bike and drove by it, it turned its head to
watch me. About 50 feet down the road I looked in my rear-view mirror and saw it go over the
hill. I hurried back to my grandparents house, I dropped my motorcycle-still running- in the
front yard. My grandparents looked at me with disbelief as I explained what had happened to
me. My father and grandfather went with back to the spot where I had the encounter at. It had
rained that day and we thought there would be some tracks and some broken branches, we
found nothing. I heard tales of a possible Bigfoot like creature that is supposed to live in the
surrounding woods, to this day I can neither confirm or deny the stories. Twenty-two years later
I am now a member of Legend Trackers of Ohio.

Thanks Alan M.
